Sustainable Economic and Innovation applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of every manuscript submitted for publication. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. Once a manuscript is submitted, the editor conducts an initial screening to assess its conformity with the journal’s focus and scope, manuscript structure, originality, ethical requirements, and basic academic standards. Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements are assigned to reviewers with relevant expertise in sustainable economics, innovation, entrepreneurship, business, economic policy, sustainability, or related fields. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on the originality of the research, clarity of objectives, relevance of the literature, appropriateness of the methodology, validity of data and analysis, quality of discussion, significance of findings, and contribution to the development of sustainable economic and innovation studies.

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor makes the final editorial decision, which may include acceptance, acceptance with minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection. When revisions are required, authors must respond to the reviewers’ comments and revise the manuscript within the timeframe specified by the editor. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation when necessary. The editorial team maintains confidentiality, impartiality, and transparency throughout the process and ensures that manuscripts are assessed based on their academic and scientific merit without discrimination
