Integrasi Transformasi Digital dan Prinsip Circular Economy dalam Manajemen Operasional: Systematic Literature Review untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing UMKM Manufaktur di Indonesia

Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi transformasi digital (TD) dan prinsip circular economy (CE) dalam manajemen operasional UMKM manufaktur Indonesia untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). Analisis terhadap 26 artikel terpilih mengungkap bahwa sinergi TD-CE mampu meningkatkan efisiensi material (15-20%), mengurangi biaya operasional (12-18%), dan meningkatkan produktivitas (22-25%) melalui adopsi IoT, AI, dan platform kolaboratif. Namun, implementasi terkendala oleh keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, resistensi budaya, fragmentasi kebijakan, serta kesenjangan literasi teknis. Studi menekankan perlunya strategi holistik berbasis kolaborasi triple helix (pemerintah-industri-akademisi), insentif fiskal berbasis kinerja lingkungan, dan pendekatan bertahap dalam adopsi teknologi. Rekomendasi kebijakan mencakup penguatan green financing, pelatihan mikro-kredensial, serta integrasi kerangka evaluasi keberlanjutan-digital untuk membangun ekosistem UMKM yang resilien dan berdaya saing global.
