Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain Management) Terhadap Kinerja Operasional Perusahaan Alfamart : Studi Kasus di Kota Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Sistem Manajemen Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain Management/SCM) terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan Alfamart di Kota Medan. Metode kuantitatif eksplanatori digunakan dengan melibatkan 30 gerai Alfamart sebagai sampel, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala Likert. Variabel independen meliputi tiga komponen SCM: integrasi pemasok dan distribusi, teknologi informasi (ERP, IoT), serta manajemen logistik, sementara variabel dependen diukur melalui indikator waktu pengiriman, biaya operasional, akurasi inventaris, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil analisis regresi linear menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan SCM terhadap kinerja operasional dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,968 (p = 0,000), di mana setiap peningkatan satu satuan SCM meningkatkan kinerja operasional sebesar 0,951 satuan. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa optimalisasi integrasi teknologi, koordinasi pemasok, dan efisiensi logistik menjadi faktor dominan dalam mendorong efisiensi operasional. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan investasi pada digitalisasi rantai pasok dan kolaborasi strategis dengan mitra distribusi untuk meminimalkan risiko operasional.
